The hotel rooms were large and comfortable, albeit very dark and lacked the advertised 'sea and river' view. The charges were exorbitant, and the treatment was poor. The service, however, was friendly, helpful, and attentive without being intrusive. The location was amazing, perfect for a leisurely stroll over the bridge and along the promenade. The dining options were excellent with a variety to try throughout the week.
I was absolutely thrilled with my stay at this hotel. The room was simply stunning, complete with a top floor terrace featuring a jacuzzi overlooking the pool area and boasting an ocean view. The private roof terrace with its own 3 seater hot tub and double beds for sunbathing was a highlight.
The hotel was stunning with spacious rooms and excellent service. The location was fantastic near the Santa Eulalia seaside, but the dining experience was average. The staff were friendly and professional, making the stay enjoyable.
